Fully sewn pro tackle twill letters and numbers can be made in one, two or three colors. Numbers are sized according to adult and youth sizes. Captain C and A are available upon request. A tight, neat stitch keeps your jersey looking great, game after game.
We laser-cut permanent twill which is a higher quality product than screen printing and will not fray.
Alternatively, we offer heat seal names and numbers — a great cost saver.
Nameplates are available as fully sewn 1, 2, or 3 color tackle twill letters or we can do a fully sublimated nameplate as seen on our on-ice NHL jerseys worn by the Nashville Predators. All nameplates are backed and sewn to the jersey.
Sublimated shoulder and front logos are sewn to the jersey. Sublimated pieces maintain their vibrancy and colors. It will not crack or peel like some other application techniques.
